Independent, Unofficial Client
TGTV is an independent, unofficial client for viewing Telegram content on TV. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram. “Telegram” is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC. Your use of Telegram through TGTV is also subject to Telegram’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your Account
You sign in with your own Telegram account and are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You must comply with Telegram’s rules; violations may result in Telegram limiting or terminating your account, which is outside our control.
Lawful Use & Content Responsibility
Use TGTV only for legal and authorized purposes. You are solely responsible for the channels, chats, and media you access, view, stream, download, or share, and you must have the right to do so. Do not use TGTV to access or distribute content that infringes copyright or other rights, or that is otherwise unlawful. Lakvanta Technologies does not host, control, or moderate any Telegram content shown in the app.
Prohibited Activities
Any misuse, infringement of others’ rights, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the app, Telegram, or its services are not allowed.
Intellectual Property
The TGTV name, design, and branding are owned by Lakvanta Technologies. Telegram and its trademarks belong to Telegram. Content within Telegram belongs to its respective owners.
Service Availability
TGTV depends on Telegram’s API and services, which may change or become unavailable. Features can change, be added, or be paused for maintenance, compliance, or improvement without prior notice.
Liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Lakvanta Technologies is not liable for data loss, account actions taken by Telegram, or damages arising from use of the app or from content accessed through it.
