Privacy Policy — TGTV
TGTV is developed by Lakvanta Technologies. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TGTV handles information when you use it on your TV.
1. What TGTV Is
TGTV is an independent, unofficial Telegram client for Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV. It lets you sign in with your own Telegram account and view your channels, groups, chats and media on the big screen. TGTV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Telegram. “Telegram” is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Lakvanta Technologies does not collect, store, sell, or share:
- Your Telegram messages, chats, channels, contacts, or media
- Your phone number, login code, or two-step verification password
- Your Telegram account credentials or session
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
We operate no servers that receive your Telegram content. Your data is exchanged directly between your device and Telegram’s own infrastructure.
3. Signing In
To use TGTV you sign in with your own Telegram account using your phone number and the code Telegram sends you (and your two-step password, if enabled), or by scanning a QR code. This authentication happens directly between your device and Telegram. We never see or store your code, password, or account credentials.
4. Data Stored On Your Device
Like any Telegram client, TGTV stores your authenticated session and a local cache (such as recently viewed chats, thumbnails, and media you open) on your device so the app works and loads quickly. This data lives only on your TV and is removed when you log out or clear the app’s data. Lakvanta Technologies has no access to it.
5. Media Playback
When you open a photo, video, document, or other media, TGTV downloads it from Telegram to your device for viewing or playback. These downloads come from Telegram’s servers and are not routed through us.
6. Telegram’s Role
Because TGTV connects to Telegram, your use of Telegram’s services through TGTV is also governed by Telegram’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please review them at telegram.org. How Telegram processes your account and messages is controlled by Telegram, not by us.
7. Analytics & Diagnostics
TGTV does not use third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking services. The operating system or app store may provide anonymous crash and performance diagnostics; these do not include your messages or media.
8. Children’s Privacy
TGTV is not directed at children under 13. You must meet Telegram’s own minimum age requirements to hold a Telegram account and use TGTV.
9. Data Security
Because TGTV does not transmit or store your Telegram content on our servers, your information remains on your device and within Telegram’s infrastructure at all times.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page.
