Lawful Use Only
Use Scanzen only for legal and authorized purposes. You are responsible for the documents you scan, store, and share, and you must have the right to do so.
Subscriptions & Billing
Scanzen offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (Scanzen Pro). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any free-trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Prohibited Activities
Any misuse, infringement of others’ rights, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the app or its services are not allowed.
Intellectual Property
Scanzen, its design, and its branding are owned by Lakvanta Technologies. The documents you create with the app remain entirely yours.
Service Availability
Features can change, be added, or be paused for maintenance, compliance, or improvement without prior notice.
Liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Lakvanta Technologies is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the app. You remain responsible for backing up important documents.
