Lawful Use Only
Use QR Maker only for legal and authorized purposes. You are responsible for what you encode into a code and for the accuracy of that content, including links, payment addresses, Wi-Fi credentials and contact details. Do not create codes that impersonate another person or business, or that lead people to harmful, deceptive or unlawful destinations.
Scanning & Readability
The app checks each design by decoding it in software and warns you about problems such as low contrast or an oversized logo. This is a strong indicator, not a guarantee: real scanning also depends on print quality, size, lighting, surface and the scanning device. Always test a code on a real phone before printing it at scale.
Prohibited Activities
Any misuse, infringement of others' rights, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the app or its services are not allowed.
Intellectual Property
QR Maker, its design, templates and branding are owned by Lakvanta Technologies. The codes you create with the app, and any logo image you supply, remain entirely yours. You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo or artwork you place inside a code.
Service Availability
Features can change, be added, or be paused for maintenance, compliance, or improvement without prior notice.
Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Lakvanta Technologies is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the app, including a printed code that fails to scan or content that was entered incorrectly. Saved codes live only on your device, so you remain responsible for exporting anything you need to keep.
