Lawful Use Only
Use InvoiceMaker only for legal and authorized purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of every invoice, quotation, client and item you create, and for complying with any tax or billing regulations that apply to your business.
No Financial or Tax Advice
InvoiceMaker is a document-creation tool. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying totals, taxes and figures before sending a document to a client.
Prohibited Activities
Any misuse, infringement of others' rights, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the app or its services are not allowed.
Intellectual Property
InvoiceMaker, its design, templates and branding are owned by Lakvanta Technologies. The invoices, quotations and other documents you create with the app remain entirely yours.
Service Availability
Features can change, be added, or be paused for maintenance, compliance, or improvement without prior notice.
Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Lakvanta Technologies is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the app, including disputes with your clients over invoiced amounts. You remain responsible for backing up important documents.
