InvoiceMaker is developed by Lakvanta Technologies. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how InvoiceMaker handles information.
1. Overview
InvoiceMaker is an invoice and quotation maker designed to work directly on your device. You do not need an account to use it. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data or the documents you create.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
InvoiceMaker does not collect:
- Account credentials — the app has no sign-up or login
- Your invoices, quotations, clients or catalog items
- Your business logo or signature
- Location data
- Usage data linked to your identity
3. Your Documents & Files
The invoices and quotations you create, the clients and items you save, your business logo, signature, and every exported PDF are stored locally on your device. Lakvanta Technologies has no access to them.
4. Photo Library Access
If you add a business logo or a signature image, InvoiceMaker accesses only the single image you explicitly select. It does not scan or read your full photo library.
5. Email & WhatsApp Sharing
When you choose to share a document by Email or WhatsApp, InvoiceMaker hands the exported PDF to Apple's Mail composer or the WhatsApp app already installed on your device. That message is sent from your own account — Lakvanta Technologies does not see or store its contents.
6. Notifications
InvoiceMaker may ask permission to send local reminder notifications (for example, about an outstanding invoice). These reminders are scheduled entirely on your device — no notification content is sent to any server.
7. Analytics & Diagnostics
InvoiceMaker may use Apple-provided system diagnostics such as crash reports to improve stability and performance. These diagnostics are anonymous and do not include personal data or your document content.
8. Third-Party Services
InvoiceMaker does not use advertising networks, third-party tracking SDKs, or any external server for your documents. The app relies on Apple system frameworks such as PDFKit, PhotosUI and MessageUI.
9. Children's Privacy
InvoiceMaker does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected, there is no risk of child data misuse.
10. Data Security
Because InvoiceMaker stores your documents on your device and does not keep them on external servers, your information remains under your control at all times.
