Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Test Attempts & Timers
Once a test attempt starts, its timer continues running even if you leave the app, and the test auto-submits when time runs out. Answers cannot be changed after a test is submitted.
Payments & Purchases
Paid test series are one-time purchases processed securely via Razorpay. Once a purchase is verified, the test series is unlocked permanently on your account, across your devices. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Fair Use
Use Exam Setu only for lawful, personal exam preparation. Sharing accounts, automating attempts, reverse-engineering the app, or attempting to manipulate the leaderboard or rankings is not allowed.
Content Accuracy
Questions, explanations, exam information, and study notes are provided for practice purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Exam Setu does not guarantee the content matches the exact official exam and should be used as a preparation aid, not a substitute for official exam material.
Intellectual Property
Exam Setu, its design, and its content (questions, notes, branding) are owned by Lakvanta Technologies and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
Service Availability
Features, exams, and test series can change, be added, or be paused for maintenance or content updates without prior notice.
Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Lakvanta Technologies is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including missed tests due to connectivity issues.
