These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of elitePDF, developed and published by Lakvanta Technologies. By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 General

elitePDF provides tools for creating, editing, scanning, signing, and organizing PDF documents. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload or create illegal content
• Not attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt the App
• Not use elitePDF to generate spam or malicious content
• Respect all copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws

Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

1.2 Reasonable Use

elitePDF must be used normally and not in abusive or automated ways. You must not:

• Automate mass conversions or edits using scripts or bots
• Use the App in ways that overload servers or degrade experience
• Share your premium access with others

2. Subscriptions & Payments

elitePDF offers optional premium features via in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely via Apple.

2.1 Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
• Your Apple ID may be charged within 24 hours of renewal.

2.2 Managing Subscriptions

You may cancel or modify subscriptions from Apple ID account settings.

2.3 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Apple, not Lakvanta Technologies.

3. User Content

3.1 File Ownership

You own all documents and files you process in elitePDF. We do not claim any rights over your content.

3.2 Responsibility

• You must ensure you have rights to modify the files you upload.
• elitePDF is not responsible for what your files contain.

4. Cloud Integrations

elitePDF may connect with Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud. These cloud services follow their own terms and policies.

• We only request permissions needed to open and save files you choose.
• We do not store or use your cloud files outside the App’s operation.

5. Electronic Signatures

elitePDF includes basic electronic signing features for convenience. It is your responsibility to confirm whether such signatures meet your region’s legal requirements.

6. No Warranty

elitePDF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will always be error-free
• That all devices will support every feature
• Instant bug fixes

7. Limitation of Liability

Lakvanta Technologies is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Business loss
• Damages due to cloud provider failures
• Misuse of the App by the user

8. Intellectual Property

elitePDF and all associated designs, branding, and code belong entirely to Lakvanta Technologies. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or duplicate the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Break the Terms
• Abuse or misuse the App
• Use the App illegally

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (or your region’s laws where required).
