This Privacy Policy explains how elitePDF (“the App”), developed and published by Lakvanta Technologies (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use our mobile application and related services (“the Service”).

By using elitePDF, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Documents and Files

elitePDF is designed to work primarily on your device. When you open, create, edit, scan or sign PDFs in the App:

• Your files are processed locally on your device whenever possible.
• We do not upload, sell, or manually inspect your PDF contents.
• If you use cloud integrations, files may be transferred between your device and your chosen cloud provider (e.g., Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive).

1.2 Analytics and Diagnostics

To improve stability and performance, we may use privacy-friendly analytics and crash reporting tools (for example, Apple or Firebase services). These can collect:

• App version, device model, operating system
• Anonymous usage events (e.g. feature usage, screens visited)
• Crash logs and error reports

We do not use analytics to read or index the content of your documents.

1.3 Cloud & OAuth Information

If you connect a cloud account (for example, Google Drive) from inside elitePDF:

• We may receive your name and email address from the provider.
• We receive access tokens needed to read/write the files you choose.
• These tokens are stored securely and used only to provide the cloud feature.

You can revoke access at any time from your cloud provider’s account settings.

1.4 Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may store:

• Your email address and name (if provided)
• The content of your message
• Optional logs or screenshots you choose to send

This data is used only to respond to your request and improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To provide core PDF editing, scanning and signing features
• To enable optional cloud import/export and syncing
• To diagnose crashes, bugs and performance issues
• To respond to support tickets and user feedback
• To protect against abuse and maintain the reliability of the Service

3. Cloud Services and Third Parties

When you choose to connect a cloud storage provider (such as Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox or OneDrive), that provider processes your data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

elitePDF only uses the minimum permissions necessary to let you:

• Browse and open files you choose
• Save edited files back to your cloud storage

We may rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics or crash reporting tools) that process limited technical data required for their operation. These third parties are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing outside the scope of our App.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Documents stay on your device or in your own cloud accounts until you delete them.
• Crash/diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed for stability analysis.
• Support emails may be stored for a reasonable time to help with follow-up questions.

5. Children’s Privacy

elitePDF is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Cloud access: You can disconnect cloud accounts at any time.
• Documents: You can delete files from your device or cloud provider whenever you wish.
• Analytics: You may be able to limit analytics through your device’s system settings if supported by your OS.
• Uninstall: You can uninstall elitePDF to stop all app data processing on your device.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements or improvements to our practices. When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of elitePDF after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
